      I emailed the shop on October 21st, 2023 inquiring about a custom-built PC repair. The owner replied same day and said they can do it. I dropped off my PC to the shop on October 23rd. The last time I have heard from anyone was the owner via email on November 3rd in which he told me about further work he would need to do regarding the repair. I replied with acknowledgement. I emailed November 8th, 15th, and 16th asking for updates but have not received a response. I called twice on November 16th, no answer and the voicemail box was full. I went to the shop on November 16th and 17th during business hoursthe door was locked and lights were off. I emailed the 17th requesting my computer back. I have not received any response. I checked their ********* theyre still posting and promoting their services. I commented on a post from today, November 17th, asking what was going on and asking for my computer back. Still no response. I was never given an estimate or quote for the services. I did include on the email today to the owner that I would pay for his services so far, but I cant even be sure hes worked on it at all at this point. I do not feel comfortable giving them any kind of payment, I cannot trust this business anymore with my $1,700 PC I built myself and I am demanding it be returned to me in the same condition I brought it in along with the Ziploc bag with the case manual, CPU air cooler manual, thermal paste, and power supply cable.

      This client, ******, picked up the machine after it was repaired. We gave ****** a large discount so she could purchase a video game for her gaming computer that was fully repaired. She paid the discounted rate of $200 for services. ****** thanked us for our service while we helped load ***************** into her car.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I thank the business for fixing my computer and giving me a discount, however I never received an apology or explanation for the lack of communication despite my numerous attempts to contact them during the repair process from 11/08 to 11/28.

      We hired BellTech to build our website and then do the maintenance work and SEO for the website. They did a good job building the site however it took a very long time and got plenty of excuses from the company regarding the length of time it took. However, 6 months into a 12 month contract working with them for SEO and website maintenance, they said they were no longer working for us and changed the passwords to the server so we no longer have access to our data or have the ability to move our website to a different server away from this company. They are holding our website hostage and demanding that we pay for the remainder of the contract even though they terminated the contract and decided not to do any more work for us. I have all the email and electronic messages showing this and have even hired a lawyer but havent got any closer to getting our website back yet. I dont know what to do and hope your organisation has dealt with a situation like this before so I can get some guidance from you.
