  We'd rate them 0 stars if the BBB had that rating! We hired Greater Gutters, as 4 neighbors hired them. We did not review them on line. When they installed our screened in porch and gutters, they had many installation and worker problems! Three crews had to install and repair our screened in porch from other worker's problems and mistakes. We also had to wait a long time for them to come here and work. When our work was finally complete, we had a home inspector inspect our home inside and outside. We did this, as we have a new home and wanted to send our builder improvement/repair areas before our year is complete so he can address the inspection items. The inspector included our screened in porch and gutters Greater Gutters installed. The inspector detailed many concerns in his report. I emailed his report to Greater Gutters and Vitale Homes, our home builder. Greater Gutters co-owner Justin Knight became mad after I sent our inspector's report to his company. He told me on the phone that he has constructed hundreds (which my wife Mary and I doubt) of screened in porches and gutters, did not believe our inspector's report and did not review it. Greater Gutters not only has the inspection items to address and repair or replace, but we have many items they need to repair or replace also!! Greater Gutters has never returned my phone calls, texts, or emails! Our remedy is to have Greater Gutters review the inspection and our items and repair, or replace them. We had to purchase a plastic downspout extension so rain water would not pool at our foundation and erode, or damage it! They need to reimburse us for this also.
