    This company came out and put in camera thru internet not wired directly. He promised me his name sye believe he is the owner. My alarm system is to slow to have alarms off the internet. He promised me it would work and it doesnt. The price he charged me was almost 6k for 4 camera and a motion light and monitoring service he is charging me a 100..00 a month. I want him to give me access to monitor and hire another company to use what I paid for and wire it directly. I do not trust this company what so ever.

    The customer ***************************** came to ** for a burglar alarm wireless system. We always review our customers' internet companies to offer our best service. We carefully explain that the internet service she has will provide her a slow service on the wireless alarm system. We have explained that she will receive the notification but in a slow manner. She stated that it wasn't an issue, she wanted our services. We proceeded to install and provide our best services. 

    We have provided her with no charges on service calls fee for 12 work orders, knowing that her issue is her internet service. In our company phone calls are recorded for quality assurance, we can provide calls made from ********** *********
