      Approx November 12, 2024 I had ****, the owner of the above referenced business install 3 cameras at my house. I paid him $ ***** immediately after completion of the job. On November 25, 2024, I texted & called **** to inform him that the camera in the pool area was off line and was not working. On December 13, 2024 he came out to the house & said the wire that he ran to the back of the house was pinched and he had to replace it but he didnt have it in his truck. Since that day I have called & left approx 7 voice mails & 15 text messages. He has called n said he would be showing up to fix it but has never shown up. Today I sent him a final text to which he didnt respond. As a consumer I feel like ********** business are refusing to fix the issue that he should be responsible for. I think Ive been extremely patient. If need be, if someone from the BBB wants, I can upload ALL the text messages that I have saved on my phone as further proof including a copy of the invoice. Im afraid that there are other people that ********** business are taking advantage of. Ive spent close to $3k dollars on this *********** think its not right for him not to honor his work.
