    November 2024, company was contracted to cut and remove storm damaged trees. While doing the work the loader dropped a large tree trunk on my neighbors fence breaking it. We paid $4500.00 in cash and was never given a receipt. They promised to fix the fence while they were working in another neighbors yard. They only did half of the contracted work, was paid in in cash the day before Thanksgiving and now none of them are answering our calls or texts. I would like the company to repair the fence. If not then we will have to take them to court.

    These guys came to our door soliciting their services as they were on our street cutting some of our neighbors trees. We do have a lot of trees which they walked the property gave us a price and it was more than what we could afford. But ******* assured us they would take no money until the job was done to our satisfaction only to find out my husband had paid them. Needless to say they did not come back or do what they wrote in their contract they were going to do and left tons of trees down all over my yard. We have called and called and no one answers or responds to us. While they were on our street working they damaged another neighbors fence.

    The date was 8/8/24,with Arbor Barber tree specialist,phone#is ************. The consultants were *****/*****. The work was cut 4 water oaks down,stack all wood, remove 2 water oaks, remove 1 limb,stack all wood, stumps are ground,and all debris hauled off. The work not done was to stack all wood; not leave it covering the yards, stumps were not ground, all the debris not hauled off, the Xfinity connection box totally destroyed from the **** loader that was used, broken very large limb when another tree fell on it, and ran over and broke the Telco line coming into the house. We were given no receipt. The cost was $3,000.00 in cash money. As told above, the company did not comply with what was to be done.

    My neighbor called this company out to cut their tree upon me arriving home from work I noticed machine marks and holes in my yard m, I was given their business card by my neighbor I reached out to the company said explaining my issue and that these holes are a hazard for me and my elderly father ***** said he was coming out a month ago (January) no one came out to resolve this issue reached back out to owner no reply to texts or calls. Now Im stuck with holes in my yard which is unacceptable since no one reached out to me or left notice on my door indicating they would be **************** throughout my yard. Now I have to seek legal counsel to resolve this matter which is inconvenient to me being that I DIDNT CALL THIS COMPANY TO CUT ANYTHING OR GIVE PERMISSION TO BE IN MY YARD as neighbors said they used my tree as support while they cut neighbors tree. I have several pictures but cant upload all

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I have spoken to ***** and we will have the crew out on 03/04/2024 to handle these repairs. 
    We have been operating several men down and that has caused us to fall behind schedule and I am sure affected Gavins ability to respond. I do not offer that as an excuse, only to give a better understanding of what may have led up to the delay.
