Refund & Exchange Policy – Academia Development Corp
At Academia Development Corp, we are committed to providing high-quality construction, renovation, and home performance services. We strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind our workmanship. Below is our Refund & Exchange Policy for services and materials.
*Service Cancellation & Refunds
Project Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover materials, permits, and labor scheduling.
*Service Cancellations
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and material costs.
If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds will be based on work completed, and any unused portion of funds may be refunded at our discretion.
*Exchanges & Modifications
Material Exchanges: Materials purchased through Academia Development Corp may be exchanged before installation, subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees.
Service Modifications: Once a project is underway, any modifications or upgrades may result in additional costs, which will be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
*Non-Refundable Items & Services
Permitting Fees: Any fees paid to municipalities or agencies for permits and inspections are non-refundable.
Custom Orders: Special-order materials and custom-built items are non-refundable once ordered.
Completed Work: Once a service has been rendered and signed off by the client, no refunds will be issued.
*Warranty & Service Guarantee
Academia Development Corp provides warranties on select services, including roofing, solar, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Any issues related to workmanship will be addressed per the terms of our service warranty.
