  We needed our pine removed and our next door neighbors tree (which was leaning on our tree) Everything we were told they were going to do by the owner ******* ****** to remove our pine tree and the next door neighbors pine tree which THEY DID NOT DO.They explained they were going to take it down in sections and place it at the front of the property. We informed them they have permission to go on our neighbors property to remove their tree and stack it in THEIR front yard, which THEY DID NOT. Instead when they arrived they asked to drop our chain link fence in the back of our property to protect it, she explained that it would take four hours longer if the fence remained up. We believed at the time that they were concerned about our property and thought it was a good idea. We explained that they need to stay away from the area behind the fence AND 15 feet in front of it as it would most likely be wet. Not only did they cut both trees at the base and dropped them making the ground shake and blood pressure rise. They repeatedly drove their equipment over the fence mangling it up so it could not be put back up. They also mangled up our fence where the neighbors tree was behind because they dropped their tree on our property.Our yard is destroyed beyond recognition as they gave no heed to take measures. ******* suggested she would spread grass seed and use hog wire to repair our chain link fence. I explained she will have to re sod the yard with St. ********* sod that her team had destroyed, and needs to replace the chain link fence to make us whole.She didnt feel it was necessary. We called her insurance company to start a claim.

  I have "no soliciting" signs on my front door. This tree trimming service has a door to door salesman named ****** who totally ignored the signs and knocked on my door and left their business card. Why would I do business with a place who totally disrespects me by ignoring my "no soliciting" sign???

  ******* and her team took down a tree today in our yard. It was a pretty big one and was right at the fence with our neighbors property. They did an EXCELLENT job on this! Such precision, respectfulness and kindness! The cuts were perfect and everything dropped in our yard. The tree was a big one and our yard had no damage. And they didnt even need to bring any equipment into it! They even managed to avoid hitting small plants and small trees that were in the area. My husband and I were amazed. Very reasonably priced as well. We will definitely refer others to this company as well as use them in the future. ******* is a bubbly, sweet and faithful woman. She has a joyful spirit and a joy to be around! Very thankful for Narrow Path!!
