  Custom lakefronts and tree care is a great company. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Work is completed in a timely and safe manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to enhance and improve the overlook and appeal of their property.

  My neighbors hired this company, not I. Neighbor #1 had permission to allow "light" cleanup of overhanging limbs & debris on our property, but this company staged their entire 1/2 day operation on my yard, using heavy equipment and involving many workers trekking back and forth with extensive debris removal of that neighbor's trees. After completing the above, this company contracted with neighbor #2 to do 3-4 more hours of work, again reaching their trees from my property - this time with no permission whatsoever. When I emphatically asked Bryan the owner to stop, he rudely refused to do so and told his workers to continue with the work. Sadly, some beautiful large oaks are now history - lost by this company's work carried out on our private property without my husband's or my permission!

  I apologize about your experience. But like you stated above we had your permission to do said contracted work. We never left your property and finished the work the work just continued. I know that you are upset about the tree being removed and I apologize about that but that was through the authority of the homeowner that we removed the tree. I know that you were upset about the tree being removed which is the real reason for this complaint. There was no property damage done to your property nor to any other property. You asked me to pause operations so you could clarify it with both homeowners which I did and then you asked me to stop production because you didn't want the tree to be removed which I was unwilling to do because it was not your tree. Again I apologize for the disturbance to your property. If you did not want us to work on the property, you should have stated that in the beginning. We accommodate everyone to the best of our abilities. Again I'm very sorry about your experience and if there is anything I can do to rectify this on my end I'll be more than happy to accommodate you

  Clarification: neighbor #1 had our permission to allow LIGHT cleanup for the morning. No permission was given for heavy equipment and extensive hauling. As the morning work was far in progress by the time I saw it (too late to prevent the large amount of cutting that had happened), neighbor #1 assured me that your company was nearly finished. So, around noon all work appeared finished; cleanup was done and your truck was gone. Then, about 30 minutes later I heard your saws and saw workers back in my yard cutting down a tree that hung over the yard of neighbor #2 who had apparently just hired your company. I I cannot recommend this business which, in response to my review, responded with inaccurate information.
