    ******* tree service went on to my property without permission cut down a large portion of my oak tree causing damage to the tree and balance and an eyesore...Tried to contact the company several times about this illegal cutting no response UNTIL I sent an email threatening a lawsuit.THEY THEN immediately responded with a phone call...The call suggested that they did everything right and I was unethical for threatening a potential lawsuit for damaging my personal property?Terrys tree service went approximately 6 ft over a fence line over a 6 ft wooden stockade fence to cut a large portion of my oak tree down with no permission there is only a small section that could have been trimmed on the neighbors property, but to increase their profit they went to my yard severely damaged the oak tree... Very unprofessional cuts were made improperly to the tree they bypass those and went further into my property and made the tree even worse.I was expecting the reply to be it was a new tree trimmer and he made a mistake but that was not the case. I'll attach a picture of the damaged oak tree if possible. Strange world we live in where people think it's okay to damage other people's personal property and try to explain to me that I have ethical issues by threatening a lawsuit?Company in no way attempted to contact me or rectify the problem only after an email was sent did they even call which was a huge insult.I would not recommend ******* tree service in any way when someone makes a mistake which we all do, people should take ownership and rectify the problem! Not blame the person who has property damage. ******* TREE SERVICE DAMAGE MY OAK TREE FOR THEIR PROFIT AND OFFERED NO SOLUTION.
