    I was a customer of ********************** for **+ years and enjoyed my time with them up until the arrival of ******* and their new VR system. I was promised that it would function properly and everything was tested and it was ready to go. IT IS NOT, not even close! I was helping them for months to resolve the simplest of issues, issues that should have been resolved before they rolled it out. I would have recommended them in the past but now I would have to say - RUN! The old regime was caring and respectful (most of them anyway), the new is rude, non communicative and I am certain it will destroy the great group that was Rental Network Software . ******* is their ***** and will roll over you, leaving you wondering what happened. I wish I was not writing this complaint, but Rental Network Software took my capital from the old system, charged me 5 times as much for the new system and then ****** off my owner's and guests because the system does not work. My owner's did not get statements for months! I was told to go into the system and pull the statements and send them out one by one! WHAT! Rental Network Software should have done that for me, or at least not charged me for the starting months until the bugs were worked out ( I assure you they are still not, this is one of hundreds of issues). ON TOP OF ALL THAT - because they have ZERO support on a system after hours or on the weekends (my new system is supported 24/7) my vacations were ruined by the system not working all weekend and me having to struggle day and night to avoid double bookings and get reservations charged out on outside systems!! I have pages and pages of documentation of the issues and the responses that are below and or attached so you can see exactly how you will be treated by Rental Network Software. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have, but ultimately you need to look elsewhere for a software company.
