    Within their terms of service they have a bogus payments section that projects under $2,000 must be paid in full and even if the project is cancelled then they get to keep the money. This is a scam, and theft. They did not complete the work and nothing was actually completed. I have uploaded their contract, the screenshots from the work he didn't complete and all of the latest activity before he disappeared with zero communication for 3 weeks and has still not communicated with us after we have asked for our refund.PAYMENTS Payments for services are made to us in full for projects/services with a value of less than $2,000.00. For projects/services that cost more, payments are made in increments, if need be, as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Avodah Web Solutions and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. LATE FEES An administrative late fee of $10 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments. FORCE MAJEURE Neither party will be liable for, or will be considered to be in breach of or default under this Agreement on account of, any delay or failure to perform as required by this Agreement as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond such Partys reasonable control and that such Party is unable to overcome through the exercise of commercially reasonable diligence. If any force majeure event occurs, the affected Party will give prompt written notice to the other Party and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the event.

    I posted on ******** that I was looking for someone to help me analyze our website for *** improvement. A gentleman saw the post and told a friend of his, Johany Roman, of Avodah Web Solutions, that he should contact me about the *** work. When Johany contacted me we decided to have Avodah Web Solutions to build an entirely new website for ********************. We agreed on the price of $1,000.00. I was sent a CC authorization form to fill out. I did, and Johany, charged the $1,000.00 to my credit card. He said that normally they would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete a new site. BUT, he thought they would have ours done in 10 to 14 days. Those days began on April 29, 2022. That has been 10 WEEKS ago, and Avodah Web Solutions, has NOT completed the website and Johany Roman, ignores my attempts to communicate with him (email, texts, ********, calls). I have asked him to just forget about completing the website at this point, and refund my $1,000.00. He won't reply. In the meantime, I have built a new website for VIP, *************************. Which I like better than the previous site, and better than the what Avodah Web Solutions has done. Johany, totally misrepresented his and his companies ability to do what they could and would do. In 34 years of being in my own business, this is the first BBB complaint I have ever filed. Perhaps you (BBB) can help resolve this without me having to go the next step, to Small Claims Court. Thank you!

    I hired Avodah Web Solutions to perform quality control on my website. They assigned a team member named *** to my project. She was always late and never completed projects on time. She even broke my entire website deleting the entire website main body content. I had to do a system restore and then they stopped communicating with me. None of my QA items have been resolved and they have made things worse and charged me allot of money for nothing. I am upset and need someone to contact me back. I have tried for over a month to reach someone and still no response.

    I paid this company $1495.00 to create a website for me. They have not done so. They barely respond to me. When they do its through a app called Basecamp. its very short responses telling me little to not responding at all. I believe I have been scammed.

    On February 27, 2022, Johany Roman reached out about *************** on my business through ******** for an ad that was posted and I was interested to find out more information for another company; however, he answered and I thought it was the same company the ad was advertising. He reached out a couple more times and convinced me with a great package and making payments totallying $1259. He was to provide a complete package with three emails directly attached to the company website and support at a great price. The contract signed states that the copyright and my site would be handed over to me immediately after my last payment. The last payment was received by Johany on April 26, 2022. I reached out a couple of times since and then he responded he was going to contact me, but did not respond until I went to my bank to dispute charges over fraud. Once the bank got a hold of his account, then he goes and reaches out on May 24, 2022 to let me know that he will be doing my website but please do not open any more dispute cases against him. It really took for the bank to get my monies back from him to get an answer? He was VERY responsive at the beginning until paid in full. How many others has he done this to and no one knows which steps to take and he has gotten away with it. He calls himself a man of God, but what does Colossians 3:23-24 say?! I went to the police station and they suggested filing a Civil Suit, which I will do next. I tried calling him and facebooking him today and of course, no response. Should he be treating anyone in this manner unless it is his money, correct? Most of us do not have this money to spend, I sure didn't. Help, please? Thank you and stay safe, *******
