05/12/2023 As shown on their website, I purchased a specific I7 Corsair model gaming computer with specific listed components on their website. I saved screen shots of components and emails.05/31/2023 I received a computer that was not what I ordered, not what was advertised, not having the specific components I paid for with a lessor/cheaper CPU and motherboard. I immediately communicated by email in which I have saved and they acknowledged but stated they have a no refund & no return policy. Is this what is referred to as **************** Please help! The specific components listed on their website for the I7 Corsair that I paid $1999 for that need to be sent or replaced are the i7 13700k 16 cores 5.4 GHZ CPU and the **** z790 Motherboard Onboard WIFI. Once I receive these I would take them to Best Buy and have them swapped out. I would then send back the lessor i7 12700KF 12 cores 3.6 GHZ CPU with the **** z690 motherboard. Please help!
