      A Herc Rentals Employee put my life in danger multiple times while driving a company vehicle and Herc will do nothing about it. I have filed multiple complaints against Herc Rentals Service truck Tennessee Plate# HS2250 and Herc has done nothing. This driver continues to speed 30+ miles over the speed limit, make illegal turns, swerve between lanes with no signals. I have even sent them Videos and Photos via email. Avoid businesses that put our families in danger on the road!!

      My recent experience with HERC Rentals Inc. has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their deceptive practices. From misleading rates to hidden fees, my interaction with HERC Rentals Inc. was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I was quoted what appeared to be reasonable rates for renting a forklift and delivery – $475 per day for the forklift and $275 for delivery. However, when I received the final invoice, I was shocked to find that the rates had been significantly inflated without any prior indication. Instead of honoring the quoted rates, I was charged an exorbitant $1399 for one forklift and $1412.79 for the other, nearly triple the amount initially agreed upon. What's worse is that the representative I dealt with in the office conveniently failed to mention that the delivery fee would be doubled. Despite specifically asking him twice if any numbers would be altered on the contract, I was assured that everything would remain the same. This blatant dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on HERC Rentals Inc.'s integrity. Adding insult to injury, upon receiving the inflated bill, I discovered several hidden fees labeled as "other charges" that were never mentioned in the initial contract. These undisclosed fees only served to further inflate the total cost, leaving me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. In conclusion, my experience with HERC Rentals Inc. was marred by deceitful practices and unprofessional behavior. I urge anyone considering using their services to proceed with caution and be wary of the misleading rates and hidden fees. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your rental needs. HERC Rentals Inc. cannot be trusted to uphold their end of the bargain.
