    I Contracted Cerroblanco tree services to cut three trees that were near my property in the backside For $3500. The agreement was that they would cut the trees and grind the roots 16 inches down. When they finished, they left a lot of debris in the area, kind of like a mountain, and they stated that the debris would come down with the rain. Then, when we asked, they wanted to charge us another $1500 to pick up and dispose of the debris. This was already discussed at the beginning. We had to call another company to have them dispose the debris who will charge us $599 for the removal and disposal. When they came in today, they noticed the roots were there and they had left the debris just to cover up. We called them and explained to them that they needed to come back to complete the job. They answered once. And have never answered again our calls. We need for this company to come back and complete the job they were supposed to do within 3 days. Also we, would request a refund for the extra expenses we had to incur for the debris removal ($599.00), Which they were supposed to complete on the job.
