      I have been trying to resolve a billing dispute for a couple of weeks with this company. Today, I kept getting hung up on and disconnected, then they refused to pick up the phone and let it go to voice mail so I left a message that they were being very unprofessional and that I would be discontinuing the service. The question I had was about a bill for a 15 min service call that cost over $500.00. The tech was not onsite for the 2.5 hours as claimed that we are being billed for. The billing personnel could not explain the bill to me, and said she would have to talk to the tech and get back to me. She then left a message on this past Monday that she was returning my call with no other information on how the matter was being resolved. I do not recommend this company due to their unfair and unethical business practices. Find another vendor. I was very surprised to see their rating and believe it must either be a mistake or from former customers, perhaps when they deserved a higher rating. Very unfortunate that they are unwilling to try and resolve this matter. Nancy Norman-Marzella
