  Martin's Home Improvement did an amazing job on our renovation. The work included installing tile in 2 large rooms, adding support and leveling floors in a 100+ year old house, rebuilding a closet, and painting. Everyone from Martin's team was prompt, respectful of our home, and incredibly skillful. Their attention to detail on our project was extremely impressive. We are very happy with the work they performed and all for a fair price. We plan on using them again in the near future for upcoming projects.

  We contracted with Martin's Home Improvement to remodel our master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Here are some of the highlights from our experience: - Budget Friendly: Flexible in scoping the work based on any budget - Customer Satisfaction is Paramount: Everything they do is centered around making the customer happy - Problem-solving: Savy at solving problems and reducing project risks - Quality: Consistent in delivering high quality projects with attention to details and cleanliness Kuddos to Martin for building such a special company with great culture, which is rare in the industry.

  Our new hall bathroom is a dream come true. My husband and I are convinced that no one works harder than the Tradesmen at Martin’s. In addition, their craftsmanship, workmanship, quality and level of work are exemplary. They are extremely accommodating; they never told us ‘no’. It’s unfortunate that we were quoted 4-5 weeks and the job took 10 weeks. 8 weeks if you count the week they didn’t work at all because of another job that they were doing and 6 days for Memorial Day, 4th of July and a 3 day vacation that we planned for mid-July because the job was expected to be done by then. Demo started on 5/16, the job wasn’t finished until 7/26. There were no issues to our knowledge. All our material was readily available. We wish there was more communication regarding the timeline. Also, they would not give any opinion on Design. We were expected to know where you want them to install everything. Luckily, we wanted everything where it originally was but even then I had to tell them. They would not give their professional opinion even when asked. That was frustrating for us being that this was our first ever large remodel of any kind and their opinions would have been helpful and welcomed. Despite this, we will call Martin in the future for any home improvement needs that we have and would highly recommend them.

  We could have written this review as soon as our 2 bathroom remodel was complete, and 2 months after use our opinion hasn't changed. Martin worked with us to include the minute details in the contract which set us at ease from the get-go. Project execution was superior to any renovation we've done in the past. Professional all the way, helpful and always ready to answer questions and provide experienced opinions, Mario and others attention to detail were outstanding. Plumbing and tilework are exceptional. Our custom wet bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower is spectacular. The extra-long and deep tub in our second bath is delightful. After 2 months, we couldn't be more pleased.

  Just completed project of a whole house wooden window replacement. Excellent workmanship with great people. Very attentive to customer needs. Previous project was a complete bathroom remodel with a design brief developed by Kohler. Same outcome as above. Currently developing third project scope working with Martin. I am confident I won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend Martin's Home Improvement.

  This was out 4th home improvement project and got exactly what we expected from Martin's. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Completed the job in the time frame expected, cleaned up the work area and personable, professional workers. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

  Every bit of my experience with Martin’s Home Improvement for my bathroom remodel was great. Martin, the owner, stayed close to the project from the time we met to get an estimate until our final walk through. He responded to any calls or questions in a timely manner. The quality of the work was excellent. Mario did most of the actual work. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his patience as he explained what would happen next and answered my questions. Kim, the office manager, kept in contact as she coordinated everything from scheduling, to deliveries, and anything I needed help with. I highly recommend Martin’s and would use them in the future.
