    I cannot believe I wasted my time and money with this company ! It delayed my company launch an entire month (or more), 3 weeks directly at fault of this company and more time to rectify the delay. For starters, from the moment I paid for the “complete package” every phone call for the following two weeks involved my project manager pushing another purchase which I told him several times, “I am not looking to book any other services until the project that I JUST paid for has been completed”. I will attach the promotional offer I paid for on 08/24/2023 labeled the “Complete package”. It took two weeks to receive my final logo files because they kept ignoring my clear request to fix the coloring, which should’ve been obvious to designers. I will also attach the initial logo where you can clearly see streaks in the coloring. The gymnast entire arm and leg was discolored. I also attached the final logo, which looks great until it’s expanded and then you can see major coloring issues. The work was simply sloppy. Furthermore, despite me clearly stating what I want and providing photos and videos of exactly what I’m looking for, the designers completely ignored my request several times and would send something completely different. Also, I never received the icon or the copyrights to my logo. Lastly, I requested my website to be designed on squarespace, which is a site that already provides beautiful templates. However, I wanted additional animations that I didn’t know how to do. Therefore, I provided examples of other SquareSpace sites that I love, for this company to replicate. Three weeks later, despite having access to my squarespace site nothing was doing on my squarespace site (they said they designed it on a “tester site”), the site they provided looks worse than any template on square and didn’t have ANY animations! Despite me providing content, it wasn’t used. They initially refused a refund for the website until I disputed it with my bank.
