If I could leave a review with NO STARS, I would. I requested that my Adilo account be closed AND deleted back on July 7, 2023. I was told it would be done by July 10, 2023. When it wasn't done by the end of business day on July 11, 2023 I wrote back on my email ticket and I was simply told by customer service rep "Vivian", "It will. Apologies for the delay" Since then and until now I suffered a heartbreaking loss of my wife and finally noticed the email thread in my many "unfollowed up" emails. I have sent another email, not knowing if the support ticket is even open any longer, but expect more B.S. delays. I simply want my account closed AND DELETED! Having a BBB Rating of "C" is too good for this "business". It should be an "F-".

I wish i could leave a NEGATIVE stars. I have yet to receive any help from Adilo’s customer service. I have NO ACCESS to a software that I purchased for $1400 in July 2022 on “good faith” based on reviews on App Sumo . I sent several emails since 8/27/23 daily and NO response. BUT I did get a marketing email from the same person CHRIS L from Adilo that solicited with in July 2022 for the 4K video white label software that I purchased for $1400. I never used it and decided to stop being upset about the refusal from Adilo denying my REFUND request 24 hours after I bought and immediately decided this company isn’t going to work out. They told me I was not entitled to a refund because there isn’t any issues with their software.. they NEVER had any visual language on sales page etc. regarding that policy and if it was it was sprinkled in areas you as the customer wouldn’t read. Again because I am accustomed to good customer service and not used to sellers hiding behind some “language“ so they can legally keep consumers money. That is why I always feel exited and protective with ALL of my purchases on App Sumo. I assumed since they were on at App Sumo it was a safe purchase. I have NO recourse- I can’t sue due it the product being software. I can’t do a credit card dispute due to me using my bank card — they also took wires for payment, which should have been a BIG RED FLAG. I originally wanted to use my American Express ( which they didn’t take— how convenient) so if a situation happened like this—I had PROTECTION as a consumer. I have been emailing this company since August 28 , 2023. It’s is now Sept 19th. What else can I do. It’s like buying a car, never driving it and they when you decide to, the seller stole the keys and left plant earth. I am beyond frustrated.

I recently had the displeasure of using BigCommand LLC's Adilo software, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. It is with great concern that I feel compelled to share my encounter with this company, as it left me feeling misled, frustrated, and dissatisfied on multiple levels. First, the sales pages promoting the Adilo software are woefully misleading. Their deceptive marketing not only erodes trust but also raises serious questions about the true value and integrity of the product. Furthermore, the user interface of their website is plagued with glitches and aesthetic issues, resulting in a frustrating navigation experience. A glitch-ridden interface not only compromises usability but also diminishes the overall credibility of the software. Adding to the list of grievances, the onboarding videos channel provided by BigCommand LLC fails to function at all. A company that fails to provide adequate support and resources undermines the very foundation of a satisfactory user experience. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my interaction with BigCommand LLC was their abysmal customer support. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns and resolving the issues I encountered, their support team exhibited a clear agenda of upselling additional features. This opportunistic approach not only indicates a lack of genuine concern for customer satisfaction but also reflects poorly on their business ethics. Even more egregious is the fact that when I declined their extravagant offers and requested a refund within the stipulated 14-day money back guarantee window, the company promptly abandoned all communication. The deliberate act of ghosting customers who seek recourse is indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over integrity. Thus, I strongly advise potential users to exercise caution and consider alternative solutions that offer genuine value, reliable support, and ethical business practices.
