I had a very disappointing experience with Intch, Inc. Their service agreement is misleading — I was unexpectedly charged $49.99 without any advance notice or reminder. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. Their platform also fails to deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a place to find contract work, but most of the job listings are standard W-2 employment, just like any other generic job board. Nothing about the service is unique or worth the cost. I would not recommend it.

I was charged $99 for a service that was supposed to be $4.99 for one week. I read all the details. I did not want the yearly subscription, I only one week and that's what I paid for. Looked on my debit card and they charged for one year. I asked for a refund minus the one week and they are refusing. It's no wonder they have an F rating.

It’s a scam! They force you to pay before you can even see any of the platform. You think you’re getting one thing and after you pay you find out it’s all just garbage.

Zero stars – terrible company to deal with. They refuse to provide refunds for no legitimate reason other than its their policy. I did not even utilize their services and forgot to cancel the trial subscription. Went back and forth with their customer service agent multiple times with no movement on providing the refund. They also make it very difficult to find the cancel option within their app UI which I tend to think is intentional. The generic line their customer service guy provided was "As outlined in our policy under section 2.3.1, it is necessary to opt-out of the subscription at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid subsequent charges." I explained to him that nobody is reading the fine print and going to know what 2.3.1 even is but he did not seem to care. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to get scammed.

I am only giving them a one star b/c I have to in order to post a review. DO NOT purchase from this company. It is AWFUL and they do not provide refunds. As many others have said, it is 100% clickbait/bait and switch ... fill in the blank here. They absolutely REFUSE to do anything if you are not happy with their services. It is NOT a free app, and you should NOT sign up unless you want to waste your money. There were NO jobs for which I qualified. I tried to cancel the same day that I signed up, and they would not budge. NO customer service to speak of, b/c they will NOT move from their very sketchy practices/policies. I thought this would be a great way to find IT and bookkeeping side gigs, but it was NOT AT ALL what I had hoped. Awful, money grubbing company.

Not enough activity on the site to justify the price. Crickets and MLMs. Also, "As outlined in our policy under section 2.3.1, it is necessary to opt-out of the subscription at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid subsequent charges." So I could not get my $16 back. They won't get anywhere with this attitude/approach.

The advertising is false in my opinion. The website forces you to join before you can understand how the service works. I paid and accessed the site, unsatisfied with the approach to using the service, I did not use it. Subsequently, I requested a refund of my $99 fee. The company declined my refund request because they said I didn't use the service enough! I have disputed the charge thru American Express and hopefully between BBB and AmExp, the company will do the right thing.

"Mike Martin" supposed Customer Support is an Absolute Nightmare for cancellation...and within 20 minutes of signing up... The lack of Intelligence, the nonessential support, the runaround, is atrocious. What a scam. The number listed on my bank charge is a bot VM News for the startups: hire a human troll to answer the phone. Website states they are backed by Altair Capital and Google. But the Google logo is not accurate. Took 22.99 from me, wasted my time to contact the support team, my bank, over 22.99. *****Professional Networking App for Professional Scammers!!!*****
