    Extremely poor customer service. Need to have adult supervision in this store. They lose and cannot locate packages and have no customer service etiquette. **** ****** is the manager here and seems to be playing on the computer all the time and not attending to the customers or assisting his team. Do not go to this location if at all possible. They claim just to be a store and to not have any affiliation with UPS Delivery. I don't understand how that is possible as packages are dropped and delivered there.

    This review was NOT submitted by a customer of the store. The person was expecting a UPS home delivery and instead was left a slip by UPS stating that her package would be taken to our store (UPS has the option to do this, at its discretion). However, the package was never brought to our store. The associate who talked to the person explained this and shared tracking information for the package that confirmed it. But, the customer refused to accept this and, in the words of the associate was "hostile." I, as store manager, could see my associate was struggling and stepped into reaffirm what he had told the individual. The person was then similarly hostile to me and tried to dismiss me by saying "this doesn't concern you." I replied that I was the store manager, and that everything in the store concerns me. From that point on, I became Public Enemy #1, and the person directed all her ire on me, finally demanding my full name. I was hesitant to reveal this, especially in this day and age, but, I eventually disclosed the information, giving her the ability to libel me in this review.
