      We had a mini-split AC system installed in our house in August of 2020. We have experienced problems since the beginning. Our units were displaying error codes, and not properly cooling around the beginning of October 2020. We turned them off due to the weather changing. When starting back up in summer of 2021 we had the same error codes, called the company, they said there were pinholes in the lines, they repaired and recharged the system. The same error code occurred summer of 2022, we made an appointment for repair, but cancelled because the company said they were swamped and it would be a significant delayed response time and the system was doing ok, not cold, but not completely broken. April 2023, same error code, company came out, said same thing, pinholes, repaired, but said it wasn't covered by warranty. We paid just over $500 for them to re-charge the system. July 2023, same error code, system needs refrigerant, bone dry. Company won't back up their work that this is poor instillation causing all of these leaks in the lines/fittings. We just want the system repaired and covered under their warranty. We paid over $13,000 for this system and it has never worked properly.
