Went online to change address with USPS. This site was the first option and looks the same as the USPS site. It asks for credit card information before telling how much is going to be charged and does not provide a confirm payment option. I was charged $68.00. The customer service is bogus as well and does not let you speak to anyone just directs you to a voicemailInitial Complaint

I went to change my address and , just as ups asks for a card number , this company asked for a card number to verify billing address associated with card to change the address. It was only then that they indicated they were charging me $67. Which was needless because ups only charged $1.10 to change your address and I've changed my address with them now that I realized it was a scam.Initial Complaint

They don’t tell you a price until it’s already submitted and i even googled usps address change and they somehow got the top spot so i did it under the assumption they were usps verified. Scam and can’t even click their link to try their customer service.Initial Complaint

This seems to be a "scam" of sorts where no actual address change service is provided or rendered. My debit card was charged in the amount of $68 and no change of address was filed.Initial Complaint

When you google search change of address form the first thing that comes up is this website with an image similar to a USPS truck. The website does not make the amount you will be charged clear or make it very clear that it is not a postal service website. It just looks like you’re being redirected to a form for a govt postal website. I filled out the form and then got a charge of $68. I immediately reported it and filed for USPS to change my address for $1.01. This scam buisness did not carry out a service for me. I didn’t even reiceve an email reciept, I just saw a charge from capital one.Initial Complaint

When attempting to do address change with USPS, this business comes up instead and collects information in the same manner as USPS. Then it prompts to put in a credit card (like USPS) but doesn’t give a final payment amount before continuing. This results in a $68 charge.Initial Complaint

I went to the usps website to change my address and some how ended on the rapid address change website. It asked for my card info to verify my identity so I put it in thinking it was the usps website still and it then charged my $68.00. I have tried contacting them by phone multiple times. I have left a voicemail with my phone number and email address. I emailed them also and they will not contact me back. I just want my money back and to be removed from their list.Initial Complaint

-date: May 7th, 2024 -amount paid to business: $68 -I want a refund -I am a special education teacher also perusing my masters degree, I have diagnoses of ADHD, anxiety, and depression (meaning I get distracted a lot, am impulsive and sometimes do things before I have thought them through or considered the big picture) - I did not notice the website was rapidaddreschange.org and not the USPS website. It’s foolish and I’m embarrassed but after submitting the transaction, I realized what I had accidentally done and looked up the business. They have an F rating on BBB.org and after calling their customer service line, I was put on hold for 5 seconds then asked to leave a voicemail. I would like a refund, and although I realize it is my fault, my mental health disorders can be verified through my general physician and therapist if that is needed for a refund to be granted.
