I placed an order with One Source Process on *************** to have my birth certificate translated and Apostilled and paid the extra fee for it to be expedited. The translation of my birth certificate was done so poorly with incorrect spellings and names so I provided them a sample translation which I already had and they used it to correct their translation for my birth certificate. Even though I paid for their services to get this document translated! The order finally got delivered to my address on August 14th even though I have paid for the expedited fee.I have left the country by then as I was going to get married overseas and needed this document for that purpose (which was clearly mentioned to get this expedited originally in my request to One Source Process) and had to spend extra $220 for someone to have it shipped it to me overseas. And once I received the document, it was not accepted by authorities.The only response I received from One Source Process was that I will be getting a refund for the expedition fee which they never refunded to me up to this day.I have reached out to their support team for a refund with all the details prior to leaving this review and still have not received any response yet.I would never recommend using their services to anyone as the accountability and the customer service experience I received from One Source Process was extremely poor.One Source Process, LLC

5 starsJust wanted to share a review about One Source Process. They have quickly become our go-to process server for areas outside our normal reach at our firm! In the past, I would search for private process servers, make several calls, and get multiple quotes. With One Source, we get the same low price every time for just normal service. 5 starsI'm always stressing about finding a process server when I need to serve a defendant in an unfamiliar area. But I won't worry about serving anyone in ********** ever again. Hands-down to One Source Process, one of the best process servers I've ever worked with. The team are all professional, and resourceful. I thought serving the defendant in my case would be super tough, but thank goodness I went with the One Source Process. 5 starsTruly Reliable! Forget about wasting your time and money with larger online process service companies. I tried them for serving documents at an apartment and a workplace, but it didn't work out, even though I paid for the service. All I received was a proof of nonservice, which wasn't helpful because I needed to serve the person in person for the judge to make a decision on all the issues I was filing for. I sent them my marriage license to be apostilled. When I opened the FedEx, it was somebody else’s birth certificate. They apparently sent my marriage certificate to some stranger in the Netherlands. They claim it’s on this stranger to send it to me (she has had the label for days). She has not sent it. I asked for a refund (I even payed expedite fees). They refuse, again they say it’s now on this stranger to get it to me (she doesn’t work for them, it’s another customer). So not only did they lose my document, but they kept my money. I have started the long process of getting another marriage certificate from the archives. It takes weeks, and I’m running out of time.One Source Process, LLC
