1 starI believe most (if not all) reviews on Trustpilot are FAKE. The reason I say this is following:- there is no ****** review page. WHY? Because it is easy to fake trust pilot reviews while ****** reviews can be easily verified if someone is creating accounts to just leave review or a genuine person.- They make you pay for 'digital photo' for application services and then they will send you request to re-pay the same fees you paid. During the *** services - I paid this digital photo fees 3 times. - there is no email or direct customer line to contact. for a sensitive service such as visas and passport this is absolutely ridiculous. - TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT - YOU ARE CHARGED $2.48 PER MINUTE. I have NEVER heard such ridiculousness about customer service and at that COST. *** is $2.48 per minute to speak to an agent? *** seriously?I think at this point VFS has a stronghold on most government ************* services and acting like MAFIA.Review fromDavid M

1 starFirst, the good news : service at the counter was fast and efficient. Now for the rest of the news : getting to the counter was a regular marathon. The web site and IT generally are the worst I have ever used---constantly freezing, poor menu design (no visible distinction between headings and subheadings), many error messages, e-mails sent in error, e-mails that should have been sent not sent at all, application tracking area of the site difficult to find. These are some, but not all, of the problems I encountered. Then there are the sketchy business practices. Money taken with no receipt given, telling people to enter personal data without explaining why, not telling people about the free passport pickup option, but rather directing them systematically to the $50 courrier delivery option. When dealing with this company, it was hard for me to shake the feeling that I was being scammed. In the end I got my ***** but the countries that buy this company's services should be ashamed of themselves.Review fromPK P

1 starI am writing a really long review but due to BBB portal's review restriction on number of characters, I will split it in 2 parts. Review Part 1 : As others have said and have written about ************* I also decided to write this rather a lengthy review because I am in the great shock for **** rejection due to missing documents. I always had lowest expectations from ************ (** and *****) wrt the quality of service and way of doing business, so nothing new but this time it has crossed my patience limits. This one is for VFS ************* (NL ************** :I had to attend a conference in *********,** in second week of September 2024 and I was looking for the dates since mid-Aug (last minute plans due to work budget).Prior to this I have had 4 stamped Schengen ****s so I was aware about all the required documents and photocopies (application forms, bank statements, pay-slips, travel itinerary, my current US H1B ****, invitation letter, VOE etc.) which need to be taken along with me and submit with my application.I also knew form my prior experience at VFS *************, they will not take my old passport size photos (no matter when those were taken, size of the photos, etc.) or the document copies. So, I knew if I had to get my appointment done in timely manner, I had to buy all their premium value added services". By the time I got the date using their ***************** with "Prime Time" the breakdown of charges I had paid (prior to official **** fees) was like this :Prime Time USD 60 Courier Fees USD 42 Form Filling USD 18 ****************** USD 14.4 Internet Kiosk USD 10 SMS USD 2.4 Document printing USD 1.32 Photocopy USD 1.32 In total I had already paid ~USD 150.Review fromVictoria E

1 starMy first issue with *** was that their website did not allow me to login to my account to make an appointment. On July 3, I was able to have my in-person appointment. I paid VFS $150 to do my biometrics and compile my student **** application. Seven weeks later, I got an email from my universitys international office that I had documents missing. The *** representative should be informed on required documents to avoid these delays. Since my appointment, *** has not responded to any of my emails. Their web page that is supposed to help you track the application status does not work. On September 16, I have finally gotten a response after I messaged them on ********. They gave me a tracking number different than the one that I received on my appointment date to track my package. If I would have had this information months ago, I would not have wasted hundreds of dollars in having to rebook flights and hotel stays. *** has not offered me any support at all through this process and it has caused both financial and mental strain. No customer should be left in the dark about where their personal documents are as they are being sent overseas for review.Review fromAmy R

1 starWhat a horrible experience. The website has unclear and varied instructions. There is no step by **** *****, you must to through multiple pages to make it through. When e mailing for help, no questions are answered, just generic auto answers. You must pay to talk to them when you call and they drag out the call to run up the charges. You must give your application number, I had to call 3 times and give the long number, all three times they repeated it back incorrectly and I had to start over. It took 3 minutes before I could even begin to ask my question. Then they couldn't understand me, I speak English only, and they couldn't understand me. They would repeat back what I was asking and then answer something else. In total I had to spend over $39 (on top of paying a premium for expedited services) in phone call time just to find out that they weren't going to accept a portion of my daughters application because I had printed it 2 sided. Nowhere in any of the instructions does it say that it needs to be one sided. They literally could have handled the call in 4 minutes, by looking up the file and telling me what was wrong. The whole thing feels like one big scam. They are truly horrible. We travel a lot and this is the worst situation, because there are no options. If i could give negative stars, I would.Review fromUrjit b

1 starI would give it negative stars if I could. I just do not understand why governments use this company. Nothing ever works, I have to make different accounts for each country and none of them activate. No appointments are available and to top it all off, they charge money to even talk with customer support. This company needs to be boycotted and shutdown.Review fromToms A

1 starThis company is not even worthy of 1 star. Created and activated an account few days ago and since yesterday, I cannot even access the site for any services. Every attempt I get a message 'Please check your email ID and password and try again or your account may be inactive'. It seems like the website works M-F 8-5 only. Their email responses are equally idiotic. In addition they force you to pay for their premium services ********************* and SMS notification service).Unfortunately all consular services of the Govt. of India has to go through them. AN OFFICIAL **************.Review fromNathan W

1 starThe website is terrible it kick you out after a certain amount of time regardless of if you're making inputs or not and with how often the site lags and freezes you're unlikely to get through the process without speedrunning it. I'm so sick and tired of being ran around and overcharged and taken advantage of. This company should go out of business and governments handle their own visas again. I would rather cut off my pinky than ever use VFS Global again. Absolutely awful and worthless. Would give 0 stars if possible.Review fromJanet R

1 starHorrible website - it's so hard to find an appointment. VFS Global keeps saying to "check back as the Embassy releases appointments". - Well, it's not the Embassy who you are visiting through the appointment booking, it's the *** Office themselves! They are trying to place the blame on the Embassy when it's their own office holding up the process. Awful, awful, awful experience and horrible website. Onsite staff were mediocre at best.
