  Wayne and his crew removed two weeping willows, one large pine tree, and a couple of maple trees and followed up by grinding the stumps. We were very pleased with the work they did and they were very professional. They cleaned as they went along. I would recommend them.

  Wayne tree out of Windsor locks Ct. , my wife and I had a verbal agreement with Wayne to take down two trees on our property at lake Hayward **** ****** *** Wayne quoted a price of twenty four hundred dollars. He gave us a date to come and put us off several times with either, equipment problems or manpower issues. They finally came almost a year later and upon arrival with several trucks and men. Started to setup. Wayne was there and requested one thousand dollars down cash down As he was leaving for family vacation. He advised me to pay his the difference at the completion of the work that day. Wayne left and his men first cut a Birch tree stump that had broken in half since our original appraisal. The tree trunk was about ten feet and took about ten minutes to cut. ( which they left on the property. They then started on the bigger oak tree that was the main reason for them being there. They had a large bucket truck and started to cut other tree branches , as they planned to swing the larger branches of the Oak to the ground. That took an hour or so. They started cutting and were bouncing some debris near the cottage. they stopped and put boards against the house. This all took more time. They cut alittle more. At that point the Forman came down in the bucket. He stated to me that the truck was too small and they would come back with a 100 foot bucket truck next week as they had just purchased one. They packed up everything and left all the debris around the yard. They stated they would it on their return. Over the next several months I kept calling and talking to Wayne, who stated they were having a lot of problems with the new truck and he kept promising they would be coming soon. This went for a while and I finally hired someone else at a higher price do to inflation. the crew that he sent only worked on the property for at most three hours. Arriving at Around 8:30 am and 11:30am. Packed up and eating their lunch as they said they had another job to go to.
