  Hi, My Name Is ****** ***** I Would Like To Put In A Complaint Against Better Homes Siding & Improvements. Back In Late January My Neighbor Was Having A Deck Built On The Back Of Her Home. The Company they Used To Install The Deck Was Using My Property Of My Drive Way Without My Permission. After The Deck Was Built They Drove A Truck In My Driveway To Pick Up Unused Slacks Or Whatever Else They Needed It For. When I Looked Out My Window That Day It Was Because Of Hearing A Louder Noise In My Driveway. When I Looked The Truck Was Carrying The Slacks From The Deck At That Particular Time. I Watched The Truck Go Back Out Of My Driveway To Lay The Slacks On A Bigger Bedded Truck. The Next Day I Had. Company To Visit And Asked Me What Happened to My Yard. Upon Checking I Saw A Big Hole In My Yard That Came From The Tires On The Truck That Was Using My Driveway Along With Other Tire Tractions Going Down The Rest Of My Driveway. After Seeing This I Spoke To My Neighbor Who Introduced Me To The Better Homes Siding Person She Was Working With. I Showed Her What Happened She As Well As I Was Taking Pictures Of The Damage. I Was Then Told At That Time In The End Of January By Her Whose Name Is **** *** *******. That It Would Get Looked Into To Be Fixed. I Knew it Was Winter So I Waited. Now That We Are In May And No One Has Fixed The Problem. I Called **** 2nd Week Of May 2023 To Ask **** What Was Going On, She Said She Would Look Into It. I Called In The 3rd Week In May Because She Never Followed Up With Me. What I Was Told Was I’m Busy And I Have Someone on The Other Line. I Said You Never Called Me Back About The Yard. Once Again I Was Told She Has To Look into It. **** Knows This Happened She Heard. Saw, & Took Pictures. This Was January 2023, Clearly I’m Getting A Run Around. You Can Not Come And Beautify Someone Else Property & Damage Mine In The Process. I’m Upset, Frustrated & Want My Property The Way It Was. Everybody Happy But Me Who Did Not Ask For This. Thanks

  I spoke with ****** ***** on 5/31/2023. I also spoke with our vendor who delivered the material to our Sharon's neighbor. We will be following up with a lawn care company to rake and plant new seed in the area that was disrupted. We will follow up to confirm when we have completed this repair.
