    On 12/16/22 we cancelled our printer maintenance contract with CT Business Systems. The cancellation was done in writing through email. A confirmation/acknowledgement was received in return. Since then, this vendor has continued billing us monthly for a service they are no longer providing. I have reached out to them several times asking them to please correct their records. Each time I am told it is being taken care of and the next month brings yet another invoice. A few of these invoices actually fell through the cracks and were paid, for which we have requested a refund. Last month the woman at CBS whom I have been corresponding with, informed me she had changed positions and she forwarded my correspondence to a different email address. I have not received any response whatsoever from that new person and now, this week, we received ANOTHER invoice.

    For the last 8 weeks I have been trying to resolve an issue where this company mixed up my company with another company with a similar name and then terminated my contract in error. I have a printer that needs service and needs supplies I have been unable to use it. When I call and ask to speak to a supervisor for help it's a remote worker and we just have been going around in circles. I have had a contract with them for over 14 years and I cannot believe that no one is able to correct this and assist me in resolving this issue.

    We have been unable to reach this company for service on a leased ***** *ulti function machine. We have tried calling and get a remote worker that can only send a message to the manager. When going online to their site, we get no response at all. We have attempted to reach them for weeks and can't find any recourse to reach anyone.
