    I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else. I was charged $295.00 for three sit couch to just be brought out the door. There wasn't any stairs and only took 10 minutes to put on the truck. We weren't quoted until they arrived and that was there base price. I was disappointed disgusted and felt taken advantage of by this business. I have never had a Connecticut Company treat their customers so awful.

    A resident of a condominium in ********** hired them to remove all the bicycles of the residents and the bike rack. They didn't check to see if he had authority to do so. He did not. They used bolt cutters and removed all the bicycles and dropped them off at a metal scrap yard (or so they say). When contacted by the victims, they assumed no responsibility and failed to admit that they need better discretion and vetting of customers hiring them to remove other people's property. For the act, they get a zero, but for the failure to be accountable and admit a mistake and commit to avoiding it in the future, they deserve a social media reputation flame thrower. Do not hire 800GotJunk of SouthWest CT! Neither the franchisor at corporate nor the rather anti-social and immature manager named Justin seemed to care about this incident which appears criminal.
