  I have experienced fraudulent charges several weeks after doing business and closing out payment with United Rentals of ******* ***  BEWARE as they will charge your card on file at a later date for made up charges such as “cleaning fee” or “fuel”. I returned the rental back clean and filled and when I brought this up to one of the workers they couldn’t prove the additional charges were legitimate, so they reimbursed me in full because they knew of their wrong doings which I believe are intentional. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your rentals. Definitely take your own pictures as proof when dealing with United Rentals as they will try to make up fraudulent charges and charge your card at a later date when you least expect it.

  Untied Rental driver hit our mailbox got out of the truck and put the small pieces inside the mailbox and placed the door back on it. After taking several weeks to work with Fleet Services on a claim. They had trouble finding the unit even with pictures. They had trouble finding where it was rented from- only one location in ********** Driver said they didn’t hit it. Neighbor saw him do it. Terrible accountability for driver and for the company!!!

  There is a porta potty on our property that was not ordered by the landlord or any of the tenants. This should have been removed months ago, but now this porta potty burnt down over the holidays and needs to be removed immediately. One of the only pieces remaining is their sign with their name on it. The company has been notified multiple times and the unit remains on our property without any notification or follow-up.

  We will never rent from this company again and I am going to make sure that anyone I know doesn't either. We ordered a skid steer for delivery yesterday (not a big ask, right??). We were told it would be delivered between 8 and 9 AM, we got there early just in case. Well 9:45 rolls around and no delivery and no phone call. We call the store which apparently is new in ****** ** and there is no phone number listed, so we had to call different phone numbers to reach anyone. The guy we talked to said the driver was pulling out of the lot as we speak and would be there in an hour. Ok, so we are 2 hours past the delivery time already. AGAIN, no delivery so we call again at 11:30 and this time Rick tells us that the delivery is for the next day. NO, our confirmation shows the 24th. Then he calls around and claims that our skid steer is broke down in the parking lot?? No, I don't think so. We were lied to and wasted over a day and a half of work, at least since we STILL don't have the skid steer. This is the absolute most ridiculous way to run a company. We have other deliveries of gravel, etc that we are going to have to push back because of this company.

  Do not rent from this company. They quote you a daily rate, but then charge you $1,900 with no explanation as to why. If you reach out to them for an explanation, or deserved credit, they just blow smoke up your ass and never get back to you. I could have rented for a week from Sunbelt Rentals for much less than that. I would suggest going to Sunbelt over United. I will never rent from United Rentals entire company, any location, ever again. Shady business all around. Shady, shady, SHADY!!

  A repost from our ****** review. Seems this company is a repeat offender of telling people one price and then over charging them once they have their card on file. This is criminal. NEWS FLASH: You tell someone that the charge to rent an autoscrubber for 24hrs is 275.00. After the equipment is picked up the following day , you charge 850.00 on the card that was given to you. THIS IS FRAUD. I called 3 times today to get this rectified and was passed around to a number that kept on getting pushed to voicemail. If this is how you think you can treat customers you are dead wrong. Your company is trash and the charge is being disputed. 2 months later: The company never bothered to do anything about this situation. Pathetic and fraudulent.
