    We had a new Gas Furnace and Air Conditioning system installed by TMS and there were a few difficulties early on but since then they have provided us with a support team that has since supplied Excellent Service! The individuals that provided Excellent Service: Jose R.- Service Technician that set up AC system, knowledgeable and proficient Brad M. - Service Technician that Serviced the Gas Furnace, knowledgeable and proficient Maria F. - Provided special handling of a billing/credit issue for us Amanda C. - Who thoroughly explained the value of the Service Plan and set it up We purchased the service plan, and so far it has gone well! We have a 3 year warranty and are looking forward to/hoping to have a continued positive relationship with TMS. - ****** *
