      12/15/2013 $210.00 Have an IID installed in a newer ****** they agreed and said they can do it and when got to the place the said they can attempt it. Convinced to put in family members car and now want it removed from her car. Will not refund my $ and have to pay another $150.00 to take it out. Scams. If they would have said no we cannot do it I wouldn’t be out of a total of $360.00.

      The company told us anyone could have it in their car and anyone could blow into it for you. Does not make sense because I need it in my truck that I drive to have my license back. Basically they were telling us all the scams ways to get around it. They will not refund my $ and also I have to pay another $150.00 to have it taken out of my daughter’s car.

      After purchasing these items at this audio store I had an accident on the vehicle in where it was settled through my insurance as a total loss. I went and got out all the merchandise I had bought and installed. Owner of the store denied to give me a refund. As the items where being installed he didn't mention or made me aware that items where not returnable. Conversation with him during the installation I was at another of his store which it's located in ********** and he was in ********* not that helpful. I need to get a refund or credit. I left the items with him and told him what was I gonna do with something that I no longer had the car. Please help me
