Hi, My name is ******* ***** and I live at ** ****** ******* ******* **. E&B (Edward & Brothers) Tree Removal of *** **** ****** **** *** ****** ** was removing trees from our neighbors yard behind us (*** *** *** **** **** ******* ******* **) on May 15-16, 2023 at 12:30p. I noticed that the workers saw was stuck in the tree at *** **** **** ********** ********* house. He began to use a handheld saw underneath the chain saw that was stuck in the tree and then proceeded to tie off the top part of the tree where the saw was stuck. As he proceeded to saw away the trunk of the tree where he was, that part of the tree came down and swung down and hit our fence in the back causing the damage to our new fence that was installed. I've reached out to Edward over three times and he stated he was going to pay for the fence. He was going to ******** ***** ** **** ****** ** to drop off the money. This has been going on since May 17. We would like him to replace the part of the fence that he damaged in the amount of $372.00. We went to his place of business, but it's a house. The person who came to the door stated that no one by that name lives here. Please let us know what the next steps are and how can we send pictures. Thank you, *** *****
