      I contacted the office of Onofero for duct cleaning.(I found the service listed under a ****** search) I spoke to the secretary and told her exactly the service I wanted. To have done . (My son was having severe allergies. This personal tidbit was communicated to the secretary. When the technician came at the appointed time and day, he went to my air conditioner units and told me they were broken and then took out the filters. They had been working the night before!!!! I was so confused. I asked him if he was here to clean the ducts. He told me that Onofero does not have the service, I asked to put back everything as he found it and to please leave. He fiddled around for awhile and then left. After our air conditioners did not work. I called Onofero and they set a technician to plug our units back into our electrical system. Then they sent us a bill for almost 500 dollars. This is a bait, ruin and switch scam.

      **** ****** called on 5/24/24 and did not mention a duct cleaning at all. We were called out for a tune up / maintenance on one AC system. While we were there we found a 2nd AC system which Dawn was unaware of. Our tech let her know and she opted to have that AC cleaned as well since we were already there. We are very well versed in our office and have a company we refer to if someone would like a duct cleaning. I have attached the invoice in question. She was quoted a price of $219.00 for the first unit and our tech Chad told her the fee for the 2nd unit while he was there. She paid our technician $465.81 check # **** while he was there. If there was an issue one would think she would have called the office at that time. A week later we received the check back as returned. I called Dawn and explained we have the returned check, which she said she would send another check right out with a $20.00 return check fee. 2 weeks later we called her and informed her we haven't received the check yet, she said it was in the mail. Still 2 more weeks later and no check. During this phone call that is the 1st time she mentioned a duct cleaning, this was NEVER mentioned until well over a month later. And we do not offer this service which she would have been referred to ******** *** ******* if she had asked. She did not. Dawn owes this bill in full and it has been sent to a collection agency.
