Bought this controller in person at Comic Con NYC 2024, sales man was very deceiving, told us it had a lifetime warranty. However, when controller started drifting, in less than 4 months, which is the very reason I bought it, sales person said, “drifting will never happen with this controller.” Lo and behold, drifting happened and it is NOT covered by their warranty! What?! $200+ for this sh-t! I’m very annoyed. I really got ripped off. A least Plastaytion/Sony controllers they fix it without charge within a year, you only pay your own shipping to them, which for me was about $10. AimsController wanted me to pay $55 for repair, plus $23 for return shipping! Very deceptive. ?? I rather trash it than put any more money in to this cheaply made controller. Buyer beware!

I paid 350$ for a controller and out of the box it has MAJOR stick drift and I tried calling the very next day and couldn't leave a voice mail or anything. I emailed customer service and they responded a few days later sending a link to repair the problem myself. I didn't have the correct browser so I messaged them back for steps for a refund and they said they don't do refunds and sorry for any inconvenience. They sent me to their website which supposedly says that they get away with not refunding anybody for their garbage product .

I’m had stick drift after only playing 4 days 23 hours of call of duty warzone I purchased my controller sooner then the game came out I waited 2 months for the game to work the bugs out because they were really bad. My issue is I got sick drift and I follow a lot of streamers and am a moderator for one of them 10 different people got different prices to fix stick ranging from $15-$60 mine being the highest price I recommend NO ONE BUY ONE OF THEIR CONTROLLERS!

The company’s lifetime warranty isn’t true. Controller broke after 9 months and I was told that it would cost around 100 to repair it. Huh? Doesn’t a warranty cover the things that break? I guess not with this scummy bunch. DO NOT BUY FROM AIM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company is unprofessional, deceitful and rude. I really wish I would’ve looked on this website before foolishly making a purchase. I bought a controller and immediately after receiving it I opened a ticket and requested a refund due to sticking buttons and overall cheapness of the parts. I was forwarded to the “repair” department who takes weeks to respond to an email and when they respond they cheerfully state no refunds are accepted. In the meantime, after a week of normal controller use one of the cheap plastic buttons broke off the back. I sent a picture to the “repair” department reiterating my request to speak to a manager and for a refund and they again did not respond. Two weeks later I followed up, and was told “ In previous emails we've told you that we don't grant refunds on our personalized or customized units.” COMPLETELY IGNORING THE BROKEN CONTROLLER and my request, yet again. I will be posting everyone online as well as telling everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague. To try to run a business in 2022 that doesn’t accept returns is predatory and archaic. Shame on you.

By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced from any company. Bought 2 different controllers from them, both broke within a month of play. I emailed them over a month ago asking about replacing the paddles that keep breaking that’s “under warranty”. After 2 weeks they finally answered and asked me to pay $10 for shipping. I paid even though the shipping and the paddles cost less then $10 so the warranty isn’t real but whatever it’s just $10. Fast forward 3 weeks after that payment they are just completely ignoring me and now i have 2 - $300 useless remotes. If i could give this company 0 stars, i would.
