    I had a phone call with Eddie B******, the owner of Atomic Autoworks of *********** ** around 03/28/2024 concerning ordering custom automotive seats from his company. We agreed on a product, he sent an invoice and I paid over the phone. $1049.00 was deducted from my account on 04/02/2024 at 9:53 a.m. He did say it might take up to 6 to 8 weeks. I agreed. After that time expired, I phoned him and he said there was a supply delay but shouldn't be too long now. I agreed to that. Many phone calls after that, first with another individual and then was given to Dillon to work with. Very nice and helpful but always gave a reason for another delay. Around 4 months from the initial order, Dillon said the material had come in the the seats were indeed in production, and they should be shipped out the following week and I would receive an email concerning the shipping and tracking. Finally great news. This was around the beginning of August. The following week pasted so I phoned again around the end of August, talked to Dillon, and when pressed on my order, he now said it would be the end of September before production would begin, even though he had told me they were being produced. I needed the seats to complete my project, I have been given the run around for 4 to 5 months, I then asked if he could give a refund. He talked to Eddie and said that would be OK. Dillon called back and said i would have to go thru my card company and ask for a payback from Atomic Autoworks thru them as a change of systems wouldn't allow Atomic to refund me directly. I did that and after the request went thru, my bank said because the transaction was over 60 days old, as is their policy, the claim was denied. I attempted to contact Atomic and they no longer took my phone calls. I finally got hold of Eddie B****** one more time around the first or second week of September, He said he would take care of it and give me a call back. Never did and nobody has answered my phone or emails ever since.

    Order 4 seats from the company back on May 9th and was quoted 7-14 days by the owner, I have not received the seat yet, was told multiple times in emails that they were being built or were done and waiting to be shipped. I have not received them. Now they will not respond to emails or return phone calls.

    I sent a motorcycle seat to Automic Autoworks to alter months ago. They finally called and said it was done. They stated once I paid they would ship the seat back. I paid for this on Nov 1 and have not received the seat. I've called multiple times and they will not respond or hang the phone up on me. I would like to either have them finish my seat and send it back or refund the $340.00 and ship my seat back.

    I purchased auto seat from this company that builds and upholsters custom seats. I paid for the seats in April last year 2022. I had several email correspondents between atomic auto works and myself. they told me they were back logged and very busy due to Covid. I continually checked up on progress and they on multiple occasions promised me date that the seats would be finished and shipped. on several occasions they told me within days that they would ship. It has been right at one year and now they are not responding to emails or phone calls. I am at this point wanting to either get the seats or get the 1000 dollars back that I spent on them.

    Hello, our records show that this order was purchased with **** ******* ***** before that company closed. Atomic did manufacture some of their products and did honor any sales that were from **** ******* ***** during this transition. With our limited accessibility to their old orders everything Atomic has shows the order was shipped out. Do to the length of time ago that it was shipped *** doesn’t have any information about the delivery. We will contact *** to see if there is a way to track the original order. If the order was shipped to another address we will reshoot a new order. Please email the correct shipping address. Thank you

    Atomic Autoworks Inc owes me the sum of $1,174.00 because Order #********** Vintage Collection Full Diamond Pleat Seats *** ******************* dated 02-25-2022 was never received. Numerous attempts (phone calls, emails, voicemails) were made to contact Atomic Autoworks Inc with no response and no help to resolve or refund the money.

    I have shipped these folks the seat from my 1995 ****** ******** ******* ***** to have it recovered. I paid them $250 on 5/1/22 which was to procure a "place in line" to get my work done. I shipped them the seat (I value my original seat at $800) and waited for them to contact me about the final payment to complete the job. They did contact me on 8/1/22 to tell me that my seat would be complete and ready to ship in 24 - 48 hours and that my final payment was due. I contacted them because the invoice price seemed too low and it turned out that they were incorrect and invoiced me to do it in vinyl but I had requested it to be covered in leather. The sent the proper invoice of $665 on 8/3/2022 which I immediately paid the same day in hopes of getting my seat back quickly. Since then all I have heard were stories about why they haven't shipped and that it will ship next week. So if I give them 72 hours from the date the payment was made on 8//3/2022 then it should have shipped back to me on 8/9/2022. I still have not gotten my seat, they will never answer their telephone. They only occasionally will respond via email (when they only say it will ship next week) they still have my original motorcycle seat which I need back to ride my motorcycle. All I have been asking for is an actual date I can expect my seat back. If it is truly complete, it shouldn't be hard to put it in a box and send it back to me. If they haven't completed it, all they need to do is to refund me my money and send my seat back. So far, I have invested $915 with them and they still have my seat which I value at $800 which makes a total of $1715 . I also spent $140 to ship them my seat which I do not seek to have returned but I wouldn't have spent it if I thought they weren't scrupulous.
