    Totally unreliable. Only time he ever got back to us right away was the initial consultation. Asked for quotes on landscaping (I thought included mowing) & large tree removal, said he'd get them to us & gave us an "around this much" for verbal quote on landscaping. Kept cancelling but only knew he was cancelling after I'd call to confirm the date (3x). Never called when he said he would with scheduling & estimates. Never gave us the written estimate for tree removal though kept saying he would. One time when I called to confirm, he had to cancel again BUT if we paid him $100 more for mowing,they could still make it. Seriously!? He never told me mowing wasn't included in the landscaping or the Around This Much figure he quoted to us. We said no, we'll mow. Then he cancelled at 8pm the night before the last appt scheduled, said he was down 2 crew members (used that reason 2x) and had to reschedule again. When they did get here, Gary gave his crew so much incorrect info on what needed to be done and they didn't have the tall ladder or extension wand for trimming. He told them to pull plants & flowers, etc. I was just dumbfounded by everything he's done & said at the point. He left and his crew did a fantastic job even without all the proper tools & instructions. We would hire his crew again but not Gary himself. He's just totally unreliable. Understandable if you have to cancel for the heatwaves & freaky rain storms in June but his excuses were always that he's down 2 people. And then not to confirm appts, just leave us guessing until I call (only because he was so bad at returning calls he promised he would make), that's just poor business practices!
