I am filing this complaint regarding PMU Launch’s failure to deliver on the performance guarantees advertised as part of their program. PMU Launch advertised that their program would generate 25–40 new client deposits per month and double my income, or I would not have to pay. On 09/23/24, I paid $2,650 for the program, and on 11/14/24, I paid an additional $2,650, for a total of $5,300. PMU Launch explicitly advertised that if the guarantees were unmet, I would receive a full refund. Despite completing all the required steps outlined in the program, I have documented evidence showing that my business did not even receive half of the amount of new deposits per month as advertised directly attributable to PMU Launch’s efforts. The revenue generated during the program was consistent with my business’s historical performance, far below the promised doubling of income. Additionally, PMU Launch advertised a refund policy based on these performance guarantees, yet this promise was not explicitly included in the contract. This discrepancy constitutes a bait-and-switch tactic and is misleading.
