    If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible communication. Had to follow up several times. Finally scheduled install and they never showed up. No call and no explanation. Lost so much time. If you value your time and want integrity in service avoid this one!!!! Beware.

    No call no shows. No communication whatsoever.....he still hasn't paid the court order. A complete unprofessional is an understatement and theft if you ask me.

    Phenomenal. If I had to describe my experience in one word, I'd use Phenomenal. Everything from the initial meeting to working with my insurance company (fighting on my behalf) to quick, high quality work, professional and courteous interactions, and respecting my home and family throughout the process. I never felt like a customer or a client. I felt like I was working with family (and not the annoying cousin). I truly appreciate everyone at Lawson Powersource. Vic and Karen are top notch. I've never met better people. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I have zero complaints. Thanks for an amazing experience.
