    Zero stars!!! Ordered two light fixtures and received a confirmation email. Weeks later I have a charge on credit card but no lights. I contacted the seller and I was told my order was cancelled because the items were no longer available. I was told I’d get a refund and they still haven’t sent. Do not order from here!!!

    Placed an order a month ago and never received it, and never received any update about shipping or any other details after the purchase. Contacted them through their livechat and they said they would look into it and would get back to me the next day. Of course I never heard from them. There is no way to reach them by phone as when you call, you get a recording telling you to use their live chat. I think I may have been scammed... Terrible service (if this is even a real company).

    Be prepared for terrible service if anything is defective. I purchased a gorgeous and expensive ********* bar cabinet thru Light Trends. It arrived reeking of diesel fuel and had moisture and ice inside. The moisture "wept" for hours. Learned their free delivery amounts to letting it side outside until they can dump it at your door. Sent photos of moisture/ice and a replacement is coming but we have to repackage and deliver it 6 floors and the replacement is just getting dumped. A luxury furniture company should not operate this way.

    **** ***** I am saddened a dismayed by this review as we gave you incredible amazing service. Let us review the facts: 1) We gave a huge discount on this very expensive item 25% off. 2) You contact us and said you would not be available to receive the item so, we needed to delay the shipment which we did. 3) Next you said you did not want to delay the shipment as you had some available to receive it for you. 4) We shipped the item (direct shipping from the manufacture) 5) After the item shipped and was ready for delivery you contact us and said you have decided you wanted to wait to accept the delivery yourself. This costs us over $525 in storage fees which you made you aware of and we agreed to cover one week of storage ($75 a day that we covered). 6) You received the item signed for it good condition and they said after a few days it had condensation and smelled like truck fuel. Which must have happened while it was in storage. It was the middle of winter. So, we contact the manufacture and all of us agreed (including you) to pick this one up and send a replacement and you said “great.” 7) A pick up of the delivered one was schedule and a replacement shipped. You rejected the pick up and the delivery and said you wanted an additional discount and just wanted to keep the one received. Or you just want to return it. You asked for $5000 discount on an item that cost you about $8000 we offered you a $1500 discount which you agreed too. After all this we lost a lot of money due to all this shipping and problems and restocking fees from the manufacture. We did this to make you happy. Clearly you just wanted to scam us for an additional discount. Let me warn all sellers do not sell to **** *****
