      We bought a slab of quartzite they took our money- we gave them the measurements that we needed and they sold us a slab of quartzite that was too small. When we canceled the refund they are trying to charge us additional money for the tech coming out to measure- but they knew the measurements before coming and still sold us something that was too small. They are refusing to issue a refund for the amount that we paid. As you can see in the attached photo- we needed a 121" slab of quartzite- this was given to them BEFORE we bought the slab. We then purchased the slab under the assumption that it would fit. They then sent a tech out to measure and realized AFTER that the slab we picked did not come in the size we needed.
