I had AWS install my windows 20 years ago - they are great windows. Earlier this summer the spring broke in the kitchen window and because they have a lifetime warranty the repair was free!! Additionally, it was easy to set up the appointment, and Rick let me know when he was en route (exactly when he was scheduled). He quickly replaced the broken springs, replaced the screen in that window (cat fight - one inside and one outside!). What a nice guy - I explained I had an issue with a broken lock in a different window but that I wasn’t going to take out the AC unit to have it repaired. He went out to his truck and gave me two replacement locks and explained how to replace it later in the fall. I highly recommend these windows and the people who work for the company!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The moment the representative met with us we knew we were dealing with a professional organization. Detailed explanations, variety of options and quality products. Communication from the main office with updates and reminders of dates was excellent and the installation was perfect. We had windows installed in our home by AWS. We are very happy with the windows and can't say enough about the great customer service we had from beginning to end.
