      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They claim to have the #1 hosting site and they are not at all. We had nothing but issues from the get go. We gave them a try for a dedicated server. We lost our house at first and thought nothing of it. Then we lost all 28 of the pals we had in our pal boxes. The Next day we get on and we lost EVERYTHING. Customer support and Tech support are 100000% a JOKE. They act like they know what they are doing but in reality they really do not have a clue. They kept telling me to start another support ticket, but that there was ONE specific person that works on my sort of issue, but then when I stated that I would contact the BBB about it at that time suddenly this person that had been completely unreachable was available finally. They are overloading systems to make more money and get quantity instead of Quality. My friends and I spent 250 hours combined and lost everything due to the negligence of this company, hours we will never get back. regardless of it being a game or not. It is absolutely ridiculous when you aspire to be the best you are 100% the ABSOLUTE worst company to ever attempt dedicated servers. We
