- Refund and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be used, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are available for size, color, or defective items only. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Email ( your email) with order number and reason for return/exchange
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process. your refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective. or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.
