    I purchased the job blast package as an extension from a resume service. I first was not sent the link and register information, so I contacted customer service. I was sent the link but had issues with completing the information due to errors on their page. I contacted customer service and was told someone would call. I tried the link again after some time and it still had issues so I filled out the tech support link that stated someone would contact me within 72 hours. There was no response, so I called and asked for tech support for the account to be fixed or for a refund because the account never worked, and I never received any assistance. I was again told someone would contact me. At this point, after seeing the multiple complaints on the same issues, I am convinced that this company is scamming the resume services that are using them and keeping consumers money if they do not take the complaint a step further. I want a full refund.

    I purchased the additional package on 03/29/24, I’ve already contacted the company. I do not have the ability to log in I’m requesting a valed username and password so that I can upload a recent resume and be listed on their platform for recruitment.

    In March of 2023 I had been in contact with recruiter.com about hiring them to recruit for a new real estate office that was opening. There were 3 separate ****** ***** that occurred where we discussed cost, process, expectations and results. The company pulled 8,000 real estate agents in a 50 mile radius which based off of my knowledge of the area is pretty accurate. The agreement was that for $1800/mo these agents would be reached out to with a series of emails to be staggered out via multiple email addresses. They would be tracked via a shared spreadsheet and results would be discussed each week and changes would be made where necessary. A launch date was agreed on and we were to move forward. A week after our agreed upon launch date we still had not launched. Their reasoning was because they had merged with ******* and it so it was causing disruption with their normal processes but they were back on track. Once the campaign launched there was no communication. I would have to reach out weekly for updates and even then there was no results. At the end of the month they’d emailed a little over 2,000 agents of 8,000. They passed along 7 agents, several of which weren’t even eligible to sell real estate. There were no follow up calls. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was told by Marc that he’d be in touch and then he went silent. In the event that an agent did reply to their email I wasn’t notified so that I could reach out unless I inquired about results. All in all I paid $1800 for 2,000 emails to be sent out and little to no follow up with zero results. During that time I personally recruited one on my own, 1 in the works and several working on their license.

    I paid for this add-on service after getting my resume updated through Top Resume. I uploaded my resume and no matter how many times I "distribute it," I never get contacted by anyone.
