    At first I was delighted, but then the winter came and the gutters caused an ice jam at the corners. It was especially annoying because I asked about this when Mike came to install them. Actually, Mike is the person who came to give the initial estimate, but the person who showed up for the work was much younger and didn't seem too interested in actually doing a good job. I could be misinterpreting his affect, but that's the way he seemed to me. Now, two years later, I'm seeking someone to come and remove the gutter guards and start over. I'm disappointed.
