Pulse Commerce is seeking over $50,000 from me. 1/ I spoke with my pulse customer service representative (Jeremy ) in April of 2022 and I let him know I was dissatisfied with their hosting service and that I would be discontinuing my subscription service with them on or about September/ Octobers contract renewal date of 2022. ( I assumed this request for my subscription non- renewal would serve as meeting the contractual obligations of 90 days prior notice of non- renewal) 2/ So my new website was finally up and running by October of 2022. 3/ I was contacted by Manish C******* - president of this company shortly thereafter. 4/He informed me that the fine print automatic renewal clause will be enforced because I didn’t submit my intentions in writing to him directly , claiming that my customer service representative never told him of my intentions. 5/ I continued to pay him the monthly subscription fee of $1600/month through January of 2023, in hopes that some compromise settlement could be worked out. 6/ Status as of now….. Pulse Commerce has retained a lawyer and then so did I . My lawyer has informed me that Pulse is still seeking the full 3 year remainder of the subscription service that I no longer utilize since October of 2022. ( this amount is over $50,000 ) and if I don’t pay up they will litigate for the full remaining subscription fee of just over $50,000. Of course this will require me to travel to *********** and hire another lawyer and cause great economic hardship to my small business, I will struggle to pay this amount if I should lose the litigation. Regards, ************************* - ************.

****** ***** ******* and Mr. ******* was well aware of their Pulse Commerce services and agreement throughout. We have no records of dissatisfaction or service defects leading up the renewal. ****** ***** ******* decided to premature terminate their agreement around December 2022 out of pure convenience. When we explained that the agreement has renewed and that Pulse Commerce will go out its way to assist him in utilizing our software so he can maximize his return. Mr. ******* paid his outstanding bills in December, agreed to continue and was even enthusiastic about the project because he had years of firsthand experience dealing with our software and service. Pulse Commerce even followed up with him earlier this year to check-in so that he was on track for the changes he wanted to implement to his website. Instead, to our surprise, ****** ***** ******* hired an attorney to get them out of his contractual obligations. Pulse Commerce had no choice but to defend. In addition to legal means, ****** ***** ******* opted to file a complaint with BBB to apply pressure in the hopes of advancing their agenda when the real victim is Pulse Commerce, not him.

We still hope that ****** ***** ******* would reason with us, paid their outstanding dues and find an amicable solution. If given the opportunity, we would love to assist him in growing his online business during the balance of his term with Pulse Commerce and beyond.
