    Overcharging customers, sleek, get you on extra weight. Manually entering weight on receipt. You can't prove or dispute DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There are many more services with reasonable prices and better customer service in the ****** area.

    *******************, we have explained to you multiple times that you were not overcharged.

    On October 9, 2023, you requested a service in ********, ********. You were quoted $495 3 days or $565 for 1 week, you replied with, can you do 500 for week, as return customer. After that, you claimed that the service was too much and that you may find cheaper. The following day, October 10, 2023, you asked,Can you do 3 days for 450? We replied with **** tons anything over the 2 tons its 90 per ton over. You again requested 30yrds for 3 days 450, $45 below what you were originally quoted. We also tried to do $500 for one week instead of $565 because you were a returning customer. On October 11, 2023, we let you know the dumpster was delivered to the address in Foxfield.

    The dumpster was then picked up on October 14, 2023 and taken to the All Recycling landfill. A picture of the receipt was sent to you via text. We cannot manually enter the weight of the dumpster as you claim because All Recycling prints the receipts when we arrive to dump in their landfill. The dumpster weighed 3 tons, and, as the text messages show, we let you know that 2 tons were included and an additional charge applied for every additional ton. 

    You then said ether you refund 90$ or will dispute with credit ****** the end of today. You also threatened to place a negative review and claimed you didnt agreed to 2 tons.

    We gave you the discount you wanted and let you know the tonnage included, all before delivering the dumpster. Given all the evidence mentioned above and what we have already explained to you, we simply cannot give you a refund for the overcharge because you did not read carefully. We let you know only 2 tons were included and your dumpster weighed 3 tons.
