    July 3rd 2024 contracted for a new kitchen, work to start approx. 4 to 6 weeks. Called after 6 weeks cabinets were delayed but in production another 6 weeks the company had the cabinets but unable to get me on the schedule . In November was told due to personal issues with the owner install would be delayed until after the new year. I called in the first part of January and was told that I would be contacted the first or second week of February the end of the third week of February I called and asked to cancel the order as it was over 7 months past the original schedule date. Was told that I would get a refund as soon as something could be decided on the cabinets that were ordered for me. It is now mid March with no response to my questions about when I might be getting a refund. I advanced this company ******* dollars as a deposit and cannot afford to hire another contractor until I have the full refund. I have received nothing but empty promises for almost 8 months and find myself having to look at a legal recourse if this cannot be resolved

    Dear Mr ******************** you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and delays that you have experienced. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

    The cabinets you chose and we paid for and ordered for you are special order and are more difficult to use for another job as they are a specific color combination.

    We  will reach out directly to you to resolve the requested refund in the next couple of days.

    New Coretec vinyl flooring was installed starting around June 27, 2023 and completed around July 12, 2023. The installation on the stairs is unprofessional. They left unfinished edges and gaps between the stair nose at the ends of the stair risers with no way for me to fix it on my own. It is unsightly and I am embarrassed that I paid the final amount. In addition when they reinstalled my stair railing, it was not screwed down tight and it not even with the floor therefore it is very wobbly and a hazard to me and my guests.
