We hired Affordable Tree and shrub experts to cut down our approximately 55 foot Blue Spruce in our back yard close to the house and gazebo. We hired them on the recommendation of friends and we were very impressed by the care they took and the professionalism they showed. Team 3 was very courteous and everything was cleaned up completely. They lowered each branch by rope so it wouldn't damage the gazebo which was our main concern. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.Also the person that did the ***** removal did a great job.Thank you ********* and ***** ******

Affordable Tree just showed up out of the blue and started cutting holes into my driveway.Apparently, my neighbor wanted some dead roots from a tree in our front yard removed from her side of the yard. However, Affordable Tree paid no attention to property lines and started cutting holes into my driveway. When confronted, I got a big spiel about "just following my work order". I showed the "expert" again that they are on MY property line, cutting holes right in front of my driveway gate, and that they need to at least get in touch with the homeowner before damaging their property. He finally apologized, and I made sure he would be backfilling the holes before leaving. Which, 1 star for the fact that he DID do that.Not only were holes cut into my property, they were cutting DANGEROUSLY close to my house's natural gas lines that run a couple of feet away from where the holes are. No survey was done beforehand, and no markings were made by any utility companies.To ************** insult, this "expert" then had the brilliant idea to ask if I would be "getting in touch with Affordable Tree" to have that tree on my property removed. Unbelievable. Your response to a major screw-up (and possibly almost blowing up the neighborhood) is a sales pitch?? I do apologize for any inconvenience our employee may have caused you. It is my understanding that this was a dirt driveway. My employee said he filled the hole, and you stated the condition of your drive was satisfactory. If this is not the case, please reach out to us and any necessary repairs will be made immediately.
