      On 1/11/24, I agreed to a Hearing Aid Demo/Loaner @ the cost of ****** to cover any damages or non return of the hearing aid. I returned the items (2), no damage. I was told, "we'll hold the deposit until next year and we'll have another aid to try." On 4/1/24 I wrote to Hearing Associates requesting a refund to return it to my savings acct to grow vs in their hands and that I could deposit the ****** when there was a new hearing aid to try. I received a call from the office that they don't refund, but the form I signed doesn't say that.

      The loaner agreement is attached. Nowhere on our agreement does it state that there will be a refund. We also tried different manufacturers, which cost us $500 worth of our time. I also attached a snippet where we informed ********* about the non-refundable fee, and she agreed to it and signed our form.       I am rejecting this response because:

      The loaner form covers damage or non return of the hearing aid units. It doesn't say it's not refundable. I have not signed anything that says I agree to the statement by *********************. I'd like to see the snippet he referred to because the only form I signed is the one forwarded to BBB. I was never told nor was it suggested the fee was nonrefundable.

      Regarding that screen shot, that is not something that was shown to me nor does it have my signature. Why??? That is from their files which they could have added at anytime. If I had been told, it was non refundable, I never would have signed the loaner form. I don't have ****** to give away. Since they have not provided an product that meets my needs, I expect to be contacted to try another hearing aid.
